NEW YORK (Showbiz Desk) – American actress Daveigh Chase has passed away at the age of 35 in Los Angeles.
According to U.S. media reports, she died on Tuesday in the city of Los Angeles. She was best known for her roles in popular films, particularly the horror movie The Ring and the animated/live-action film Lilo & Stitch.
In The Ring, she played the terrifying character “Samara Morgan,” which brought her international fame.
Her father confirmed that she died due to meningitis and a blood infection, and that she was also suffering from severe malnutrition.
Daveigh Chase began her career at a young age with a commercial and later went on to achieve a notable position in Hollywood.
