Islamabad (Commerce Desk) Following reductions in petrol and diesel prices, the government has also significantly cut the price of kerosene oil.
According to a notification issued by the federal government, the price of kerosene oil has been reduced by Rs 48.29 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs 233.90 per litre. The new rates have come into immediate effect.
Previously, the price of kerosene oil was Rs 282.19 per litre; however, the latest reduction is expected to provide direct relief to the public.
It is worth noting that just a day earlier, petrol prices were reduced by Rs 74 per litre and diesel prices by Rs 67 per litre, reflecting a continued trend of relief for consumers across the country.
