Karachi (Commerce Desk) — Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed strong bullish activity after US President Donald Trump announced the start of negotiations with Iran.
At the beginning of the first trading day of the business week, the Hundred Index recorded an increase of more than 2,700 points, reaching the level of 178,985 points.
It is worth mentioning that on the last trading day of the previous week, the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Hundred Index had closed at 176,094 points.
According to experts, reports of reduced global tensions and progress in negotiations boosted investor confidence, resulting in a positive trend in the market.
