Pakistan Will Continue to Raise Kashmiris’ Voice Globally: Ishaq Dar

Islamabad (Pakistan Khabar): Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has said Pakistan will continue to raise the voice of the Kashmiri people at every international forum.

In his message on Kashmir Black Day, Ishaq Dar said Indian troops entered Srinagar on October 27, 1947. However, despite nearly eight decades having passed, the Kashmir dispute remains unresolved, and the Kashmiri people continue to be denied their right to self-determination.

He said United Nations Security Council resolutions provide the basis for resolving the Kashmir dispute. The Kashmiri people’s struggle is aimed at achieving justice, peace and their right to self-determination.

The deputy prime minister further said international attention to the situation in occupied Kashmir had increased following the measures taken on August 5, 2019.
