Lahore (Sports Desk): Pakistan Women’s cricket team returned home via Dubai after completing their tour of Sri Lanka.
The national team players arrived in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad in three separate groups.
During the Sri Lanka tour, the Pakistan Women’s team faced difficulties as the host team won both the ODI series and the three-match T20 series by 2-1.
The ODI series was part of the ICC Women’s Championship, while after the conclusion of the series, national team captain Fatima Sana left for England to participate in The Hundred league.
In Fatima Sana’s absence, Muneeba Ali Siddiqui led the team during the T20 series; however, the national side could not secure a series victory.
