Washington (Monitoring Desk) — US President Donald Trump has said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants to keep him involved in war, while information regarding Iran’s nuclear activities should be presented before the entire world rather than only the United States.
Speaking to US media, Donald Trump said that he does not need the information provided by Netanyahu because the Israeli prime minister wants the US to remain involved in war-related matters, which is why he is talking about sharing intelligence.
Trump said that the United States is continuously monitoring Iran’s nuclear activities and that he knows what the situation is at the Koh Kolang site.
He claimed that it is not a major issue, saying that the US has already targeted Iran’s nuclear facilities, and if Iran fails to reach an agreement, Koh Kolang could also be destroyed easily.
The US president’s statement comes at a time when a meeting between him and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected at the White House.
According to a news agency, Netanyahu is likely to attempt to provide Trump with information regarding Iran’s nuclear activities during the meeting.
