Mumbai (Showbiz Desk): A few months after his third marriage, renowned Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has started looking for a new home for his wife, Gauri Spratt. The couple is expected to move into their new residence by the end of this year or at the beginning of 2027.
According to Indian media reports, Aamir Khan is currently living with his family in four apartments in a rented building in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. However, the building’s management has finalised an agreement for its redevelopment, requiring the actor and his family to vacate their current residence.
According to the report, renovation work is underway at the new rented home of Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt, which is being prepared according to the actor’s preferences and requirements.
Aamir Khan had previously also moved out of his permanent residence in Mumbai’s Union Park area due to redevelopment. His former residence is located in the Bella Vista and Marina Apartments complex, where construction work is currently underway.
According to sources, the redevelopment of the actor’s permanent residence could take several more years, with completion expected around 2030.
