AI Will Create Labor Shortage, Not Replace Workers: Jeff Bezos Predicts

Paris (Web Desk): Jeff Bezos has predicted in an optimistic outlook that artificial intelligence will not replace humans but instead create a shortage of labor.

In a recent discussion, he presented a positive vision of the future, saying that technology will serve as an enabler for humanity rather than an obstacle. He also referred to his space initiatives and a new artificial intelligence startup aimed at accelerating industrial production processes.

According to Bezos, while some people fear that AI will make humans unnecessary, he does not agree with this view. He stated that there will always be a need for work in the world, and AI will only reduce the barriers currently slowing down human progress.

Reports indicate that following increased investment in artificial intelligence by technology companies worldwide, there have also been trends of job reductions, raising concerns in various countries.

Bezos also mentioned his space projects, suggesting that future polluting industrial activities could potentially be moved off Earth. He believes that if space travel becomes cheaper and more reliable, it could help improve Earth’s environmental conditions.

On the other hand, other tech leaders are also describing space research and the use of artificial intelligence as major directions for the future, including projects involving human settlements on the Moon and Mars.
