Lahore (Sports Desk) — The Pakistan hockey team will travel to India to participate in the Asian Champions Trophy, where the match between Pakistan and India will be played in Jalandhar on November 1.
The Chief Minister of Indian Punjab made the announcement during the unveiling ceremony for the logo and schedule of the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy in Mohali.
The Asian Hockey Champions Trophy will begin on October 27 in Jalandhar and Mohali, while the final of the event will be played on November 5.
The Chief Minister of Indian Punjab and Indian Hockey Federation Secretary Bhola Nath said at a joint press conference that six of Asia’s best teams will participate in the tournament, including Pakistan, China, India, Japan, Malaysia and Korea.
