Islamabad (Commerce Desk): Under the upcoming federal budget, billions of rupees have been allocated for various government institutions.
According to budget documents, the Prime Minister’s Office (Internal Affairs) has been allocated Rs. 895.4 million, while Rs. 921.2 million has been allocated for public affairs-related operations of the Prime Minister’s Office.
The documents show that the Federal Public Service Commission has been allocated Rs. 1.4737 billion, while the Special Investment Facilitation Council has been allocated Rs. 354.3 million.
It is further stated that the Federal Board of Revenue has been allocated a total of Rs. 85.6041 billion, including Rs. 29 billion for salaries and allowances.
For the Islamabad Capital Territory, over Rs. 23.22 billion has been allocated, while the National Assembly of Pakistan has been allocated over Rs. 17.46 billion.
Similarly, the Senate of Pakistan has been allocated over Rs. 9.67 billion, and Rs. 1.2088 billion has been proposed for parliamentary affairs.
