Rawalpindi (Pakistan News) On the occasion of Kashmir Exploitation Day, Field Marshal Asim Munir, Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Babar Sidhu, and the Armed Forces of Pakistan expressed solidarity with the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the armed forces reaffirmed their unwavering support and solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir.
The ISPR statement said that the Pakistan Armed Forces remain committed to supporting the right to self-determination of the Kashmiri people in accordance with United Nations Security Council resolutions.
The statement expressed concerns regarding Indian measures in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, including military restrictions, the human rights situation, and demographic changes in the region.
According to ISPR, provocative statements and actions could increase instability in the region, while lasting peace in South Asia is linked to a peaceful and just resolution of the Kashmir issue.
The statement paid tribute to the martyrs of occupied Kashmir on behalf of the people of Pakistan and the armed forces, while reaffirming that Pakistan will continue its support for the Kashmiri people’s struggle.
