Anti-Terrorism Court Delays Arrest of PTI Leaders Until May 21

Islamabad (Pakistan News): The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered that leaders of PTI not be arrested until May 21.

ATC Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain conducted hearings on multiple cases against PTI leaders, including the November 26 incident, the Sangjani rally, and protests outside the Supreme Court.

During the hearing, PTI leaders Umair Niazi, Rauf Hasan, and Azam Swati, along with other party officials, appeared in court.

The court extended more than 230 bail applications and directed that no arrests be made until May 21. It also instructed both parties to present their final arguments in the next hearing.

Notably, these leaders face multiple cases registered at various police stations, including Tarnol, Ramna, Aabpara, and Secretariat, which continue to draw significant attention in political circles.
