Canada (Showbiz Desk): Canadian rapper Drake has once again expressed solidarity with Palestinians by referencing Gaza in his new song. A short excerpt from Drake’s new song was heard for the first time during the online presentation of his film “FOMO,” drawing the attention of fans. The song has an overall lighthearted and music-filled style; however, Drake included the words “Pray for Gaza,” which were viewed as an expression of sympathy for Palestinians. This is not the first time Drake has spoken out on the issue of Palestine. He has previously supported a ceasefire in Gaza and also referenced “Free Palestine” in his song “Make Them Pay.” The mention of Gaza in Drake’s new song comes at a time when several international artists are expressing their views on the situation in Palestine and Gaza.
