Lahore (Pakistan Khabar) – Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, an additional 90 flights have been canceled from various airports across Pakistan, causing severe inconvenience for passengers.
According to airport sources, multiple flights to and from Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, and Qatar have been canceled. Owing to the uncertainty and potential risks in air routes, several domestic and international airlines have temporarily limited their flight operations.
Sources report that over the past seventeen days, air traffic at Pakistan’s airports has been severely affected, with a total of 1,955 flights canceled during this period, impacting thousands of passengers.
Lahore Airport sources stated that in the current situation, more than a dozen domestic and international airlines have canceled flights to Middle Eastern countries including Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Iran. Authorities warned that further schedule adjustments may be made until the situation in the region stabilizes.
