Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Renowned Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar is set to return to acting soon through a new crime series, in which actress Humaima Malick will also play a key role.
According to media reports, the big-budget crime series will be directed by Anas Ali. In addition to Ali Zafar and Humaima Malick, Feroze Khan and Sonia Hussain will also appear in prominent roles in the project.
Ali Zafar has established a distinctive identity in both singing and acting. He has also worked in Bollywood, while his films have received appreciation in Pakistani cinema.
Meanwhile, Humaima Malick is also returning to the screen after a break, making her involvement in the series a subject of considerable interest.
Ali Zafar’s fans have long wanted to see him act in Pakistani dramas and series. He had previously agreed to be part of the drama Lahoo, starring Sajal Aly and Bilal Abbas Khan, but later withdrew from the project.
