Karachi (Commerce Desk) — Gold prices fell significantly in global and local bullion markets, with the international price declining by $43 per ounce and the price in Pakistan dropping by Rs4,300 per tola.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold fell by $43 per ounce to $4,138.
The decline in global prices also affected the local market, where the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs4,300 per tola to Rs436,336.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold was reduced by Rs3,687 to Rs374,087.
The price of silver also declined in Pakistan. Silver fell by Rs56 per tola to Rs6,522, while the price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs48 to Rs5,591.
