Karachi (Commerce Desk): Gold prices increased while silver rates declined in global and local bullion markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $10, reaching the level of $4,050, which also affected the local market.
In bullion markets, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs1,000, reaching Rs427,436, while the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs857 to Rs366,457.
On the other hand, unlike gold, silver prices recorded a decline in the global market. The price of silver per ounce decreased by 76 cents, reaching $57.36.
Silver prices also declined in the local market, where the price per tola fell by Rs76 to Rs6,215, while the price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs65 to Rs5,328.
