Islamabad (Pakistan News) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, during which they discussed the latest regional situation and ongoing efforts for peace and stability.
According to the Foreign Office, the two leaders reviewed recent regional developments and agreed on the need to continue joint efforts for peace and stability in the region.
During the conversation, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan invited Ishaq Dar to attend the upcoming quadrilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The meeting will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye, at the end of this month.
The Deputy Prime Minister accepted the invitation and confirmed his participation in the meeting.
According to the Foreign Office, the meeting will discuss the regional situation, joint measures to promote peace and stability, and ways to expand mutual cooperation.
