Rawalpindi (Pakistan News) According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 29 terrorists have been killed in intelligence-based operations along the Afghan border.
The ISPR stated that successful operations were conducted under Operation “Ghazab-ul-Haq” in various areas. During an intelligence-based operation in Bajaur, four terrorists were killed, including a high-value commander Khan Farosh alias Zabal and three other terrorists linked to the Indian proxy organization Jamaat-ul-Ahrar.
According to ISPR, further operations were carried out against elements of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and Fitna al-Khawarij in Paktia, Paktika, and Kunar, where three terrorist hideouts were destroyed. In these actions, 25 terrorists were killed and several others injured.
Weapons and ammunition stockpiles of the terrorists were also destroyed during the operations.
ISPR said that a strong response is being given to attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Karachi, and security forces have reiterated their resolve to completely eliminate terrorism backed by foreign support.
