Washington (Monitoring Desk): First Lady Melania Trump’s limited public presence during US President Donald Trump’s second presidential term has sparked a new debate.
According to the report, Melania Trump has appeared publicly for only 38 days so far this year, while her last public appearance was on July 19 in New Jersey during the FIFA World Cup final.
Melania Trump has also skipped several important events where the presence of the US first lady is generally expected. These included the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, a newly formatted event of the White House Correspondents’ Association and a July 22 ceremony honoring fallen US service members.
