Islamabad (Pakistan News): Pakistan will host the Women’s Ministerial Conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on July 12 and 13.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has directed all relevant institutions to remain fully mobilized for the successful conduct of the conference.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, the sixth high-level committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister, where detailed preparations for the conference were reviewed.
The meeting discussed the conference agenda, security arrangements, protocol, and logistics, as well as media strategy and inter-ministerial coordination.
According to reports, representatives from 57 OIC member countries will participate in the conference.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar expressed satisfaction over the preparations of the Ministry of Human Rights and instructed all departments to maintain close coordination and complete arrangements on time.
