Rawalpindi (Pakistan Khabar): The public has strongly appreciated the services and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and police in the fight against terrorism, while cooperation between security forces and citizens was also demonstrated.
The Peshawar Corps Commander visited Lower Dir district and met with police officers and personnel. The Inspector General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, other senior police officers and civil authorities were also present. The Corps Commander paid tribute to the sacrifices and role of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in ongoing counterterrorism operations.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Army’s General Officer Commanding visited Lakki Marwat Bazaar, where local residents warmly welcomed him. The Pakistan Army distributed ration among deserving families, while police personnel deployed on duty were given cash rewards.
During the visit, the General Officer Commanding also showed affection toward children. The local population expressed cooperation with the security forces and full confidence in the Pakistan Army.
The Pakistan Army’s public engagement activities and the positive response from citizens reflect strong cooperation between the security forces and the public.
