Moscow (Web Desk) — Russia’s space agency, Roscosmos, has announced that the Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft has successfully undocked from the Rassvet module of the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS) and begun its journey back to Earth.
According to Roscosmos’ live broadcast, the spacecraft is carrying Russian cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergey Mikayev, along with NASA astronaut Christopher Williams.
The Russian space agency stated that the three crew members are returning to Earth after successfully completing their mission aboard the International Space Station.
The statement added that the spacecraft will re-enter Earth's atmosphere and land according to the scheduled timeline, officially bringing the astronauts' mission to an end.
