London (Monitoring Desk) — According to the British government, more than 80,000 foreign nationals were removed from the country over the past two years, including foreign criminals and people whose asylum applications were rejected.
According to the report, 11,733 foreign criminals were deported, including around 5,995 people who were returned before completing their sentences.
In addition, 24,471 people linked to asylum applications and 19,622 individuals without a legal right to remain in the UK were also deported.
