Islamabad (Commerce Desk) — Oil prices in the global market continued to rise amid escalating tensions between the United States and Iran.
The price of Murban crude oil in the global market rose 7.5% to $118 per barrel.
Meanwhile, the price of Brent crude increased by $3 to $101 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose by $1 to $97 per barrel.
