Mumbai (Showbiz Desk) – Akshay Kumar has reportedly sold four luxury properties worth around 20 crore rupees in Mumbai’s expensive real estate market within just one month.
According to Indian media reports based on property registration data, Akshay Kumar sold two apartments located on the 18th floor of Oberoi Enigma in Mulund West on June 30, 2026, for 12.38 crore rupees.
Each apartment reportedly measures 1,886 square feet and includes three parking spaces.
The report stated that the actor had purchased these apartments in 2017 for a total of 9 crore rupees, earning a profit of approximately 3.3 crore rupees.
Earlier in June 2026, Akshay Kumar also sold two additional apartments in Oberoi Sky City located in Borivali East, valued at around 7.10 crore rupees.
In total, the actor reportedly sold four residential properties worth approximately 19.5 crore rupees within a single month.
