Quetta (Sports Desk) — Balochistan’s first female cricket coach, Khairunnisa Baloch, has taken up the mission of bringing talented girls from the province forward in the field of sports.
Despite traditional and cultural barriers, Khairunnisa Baloch is actively encouraging women to take up cricket and helping them develop their skills. Her presence is also boosting the confidence and morale of young female cricketers.
Khairunnisa said being recognized as Balochistan’s first female cricket coach is a matter of pride for her. She praised efforts to provide women with opportunities and encouragement in sports.
She said the daughters of Balochistan possess immense talent and only need proper opportunities and training. Her goal is to prepare talented players from the province to represent Pakistan at national and international levels.
Khairunnisa Baloch said that if any player she trains goes on to represent Pakistan in the national team in the future, it would be the greatest achievement of her life.
