Lahore (Sports Desk): Pakistan suffered a setback during the ongoing second Test against England at Lord’s after an important player sustained an injury.
On the first day of the Test, opening batter Imam-ul-Haq developed a strain in his left calf while fielding. A medical examination and scan confirmed a minor injury to the calf muscle.
Imam-ul-Haq is currently undergoing treatment under the supervision of the national team’s medical staff. According to sources, his participation in the remainder of the Test will depend on his recovery and progress in treatment.
