Lahore (Sports Desk) — The proposed schedule for the tri-nation ODI series between Pakistan, England and Sri Lanka has emerged, with the matches suggested to be held from October 18 to November 1.
According to sources, the first phase of the series will be held in Rawalpindi, where matches are proposed for October 18, 20 and 22.
Under the proposed program, the second phase will take place in Lahore, with matches scheduled for October 25, 27 and 29, while the final is proposed to be held in Lahore on November 1.
The series will feature host Pakistan along with England and Sri Lanka. However, the final schedule will be decided after consultation among the three cricket boards, following which an official announcement is expected.
According to sources, the Sri Lankan team will also play two Tests and three T20 matches during its tour of Pakistan. Consultations are underway among the relevant authorities regarding the venues and dates for these matches.
The final program will be issued after approval from all three cricket boards.
