Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Shortly after the first episode of the Pakistani drama serial “Mohabbat” aired, the acting of newcomer Shahveer Kadwani became a topic of discussion on social media.
Shahveer plays the character of Zarar in the drama. In a university scene in the very first episode, he is shown confronting a senior and teaching him a lesson in the style of a traditionally angry hero after the senior behaves rudely with his friend.
After the scene went viral on social media platforms, several users criticized Shahveer’s acting and called him names such as “Parchi” and “an actor who uses connections.”
Some users also questioned his inclusion in the drama and linked his casting to his father, Abdullah Kadwani, who is the producer of the drama.
