Mumbai (Showbiz Desk) — Bollywood actor Govinda has explained his visit to the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal with actress Komal Rani Swarnakar, saying that they went there to pray for the success of his upcoming film ‘Roopa’.
The 62-year-old actor said Komal Rani is acting opposite him in the film, which is why they prayed for the film’s success. He said that he had previously visited Lalbaugcha Raja with Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon, and their films were successful at the time.
Govinda also responded to the speculation surrounding Komal Rani, saying that if something is starting, why is there so much discussion about it?
Meanwhile, Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja spoke about loving pets rather than people, saying that no matter how much love people are given, they betray you, whereas animals always stay by your side.
According to the report, rumors of a romantic relationship between Govinda and Komal Rani have been circulating after the two were seen together on several occasions. Sunita Ahuja has also criticized the age difference between the two in the past.
Sunita filed for divorce in December 2024, but withdrew the petition in August this year. Later, she claimed that Govinda intended to marry Komal; however, Govinda’s manager denied the claim, saying that there was no question of a second marriage.
