RAWALAKOT (Pakistan News): Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Barrister Syed Iftikhar Gilani visited Rawalakot, where he received a detailed briefing at the Police Lines on the law and order situation and administrative matters.
The prime minister visited CMH Rawalakot and enquired about the health of police personnel and civilians injured by an agitated mob during recent incidents.
He also inspected various security checkpoints, met police personnel deployed there and reviewed the security arrangements.
During the visit, the AJK prime minister met the families of the martyrs and distributed cheques for financial assistance among them.
On the occasion, he also held discussions with social and public figures of Rawalakot and reviewed the overall situation in the city.
