Beirut (Monitoring Desk): According to Arab media reports, the Israeli Air Force carried out multiple airstrikes on various areas of southern Lebanon, while tensions along the border continue to escalate.
The reports state that areas near Kfar Tebnit in the Nabatieh district were targeted in the strikes, and the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa was also hit by air attacks. Israeli forces additionally shelled the hills of Ali al-Taher and surrounding regions.
On the other hand, the Lebanese group Hezbollah responded with retaliatory action, firing at least 10 rockets at Israeli military positions.
Arab media further reported that the situation along the border remains highly tense, with continued exchanges of fire making the situation increasingly volatile.
