Washington (Monitoring Desk): US President Donald Trump has announced a ban on representatives of three media organizations entering the White House.
In a statement posted on a social media platform, Trump accused the media organizations of publishing false reports about his administration and said the ban would take effect immediately. He also indicated that similar action could be taken against additional media outlets.
According to the US president, the decision was not based on any single report but was imposed because of what he described as repeated false reports broadcast and published by these organizations.
The organizations facing the ban include CNN, MSNBC and Politico.
Meanwhile, referring to the ongoing war with Iran, Trump claimed that the war would end soon.
