Belgium dominated the match from the start, scoring once in the first quarter to take an early lead. In the second quarter, they added two more goals, making it 3–0 by halftime.
Despite Pakistan’s efforts in the third quarter, they failed to score, while Belgium added another goal to extend their lead further. In the final quarter, Belgium scored two more goals to seal a comprehensive 6–0 victory.
The Pakistan hockey team will now travel from Belgium to England, where they are scheduled to play their next matches against India and Great Britain.
