Mumbai (Showbiz Desk): Renowned Bollywood actor Nana Patekar is known not only for his acting but also for his social work and humanitarian efforts. One of his recent charitable initiatives was mentioned by writer Ranbir Pushp in an interview. According to Ranbir Pushp, Nana Patekar was planning to purchase a vehicle worth approximately 15 million Indian rupees, but around the same time, he saw reports about the difficulties faced by families affected by farmers’ suicides. According to the writer, the actor abandoned his plan to purchase the car and decided to use the money to help families in need. He instructed one of his associates to prepare relief cheques of 15,000 Indian rupees each for the affected families so that they could receive immediate financial assistance.
