United States (Sports Desk) The German national football team, participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026, reportedly underwent strict security screening procedures in the United States, after which a video of the incident sparked discussion on social media.

According to media reports, the German squad was heading to Toronto for their next group match when US security officials subjected players and coaching staff to full inspection and immigration checks.

In the video, players can be seen standing in line and going through step-by-step screening, including Joshua Kimmich and Jamal Musiala.

The German Football Association did not raise any objection over the procedure, while US authorities have not issued any detailed statement regarding the matter.

It is worth noting that the World Cup 2026 is being held across various cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, due to which security arrangements have been made extremely strict.
